Susanne McConnell published this ad on a local site to allegedly recruit more children, after they began watching our kids. This is a retired couple, who were never babysitters. By April of 2016, our children began disclosing horrific details.
On May 18, 2016, less than 1 month, after the alleged sexual assaults, the Cochise County Attorney's Office Chief Criminal Investigator Doyl Johnstun wrote to the Cochise County Sheriff's Dept. and said, "When to dispose of evidence in this case is up to your department."  The unbelievable part is THERE IS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR SEX CRIMES IN AZ. There is a state record retention policy in place to keep felony sex crimes cases and evidence for 109 YEARS!
